Delivery and returns policy

Goods will normally be delivered within 15 working days from order and will be checked in relation to their condition on dispatch. 

Where more than one item has been ordered and for any reason part of the order can not be fill immediately you will be notified and a part order will be sent out if required otherwise all items ordered will be dispatched together.  You will however only be charged one delivery price if we are unable to fulfill your order correctly on the first occasion.

If any goods arrive and it is obvious the package is in a damaged state and the goods inside affected to make them not fit for purpose, the first course of action is via the transportation company, normally The Post Office to seek compensation to replace them.

If upon receipt the packaging is intact and the goods are in anyway faulty you should notify us via the website contact page and we will contact you and inform you how and where to return them to.  In these cases it would be helpful if photographs could be taken showing the fault if possible and we will ask you to attach them to the email we send you.

In the case of faulty goods these will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer and all postage charges will be refunded on production of receipt of postage costs.
