Lancastrians in London - 125th Anniversary Dinner

Dear Fellow Lancastrian,
Our 2017 City Dinner will be special. We will celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Association in London’s Mansion House on Monday 3rd July 2017 in the presence of Alderman Dr Andrew Parmley, Lord Mayor of the City of London, and citizen of Blackpool.
Our venue is the magnificent Mansion House, a Grade I listed building built between 1739 and 1752, in the then fashionable Palladian style by the surveyor and architect George Dance the Elder. Mansion House is the home of the Lord Mayor, and also home to The Harold Samuel Collection of Dutch and Flemish Seventeenth Century Paintings, described as "the finest collection of such works to be formed in Britain this century”. We are fortunate to have this opportunity to dine in style. Mansion House is on top of Bank underground station. The Dress code is black tie. The reception will start at 6.45 and we will dine at 7.30. Proceedings will be completed by 10.30. The cost for this memorable occasion is £125 per person. We hope to fill the Mansion House and we hope Members will invite guests (who need not themselves hail from the County Palatine).
If you do not know the names of your guests at this stage, please book the number of places required now and let us know your guests’ details later. Early booking is strongly recommended.
