The Bowland Suite, Myerscough College, in the County of Lancashire.

  1. 10.30 Arrival of Attendees. Tea and Coffee will be served.
  2. 11.00 BGM commences.
  1. Welcome from Chairman.
  2. Welcome from President.
  3. Chairman’s Report.
  4. Secretary’s Report.
  5. Treasurer’s Report.
  6. Election of Officers.
  7. Proposed amendments to the FORL Constitution – to be voted upon by attendees:
  1. The introduction of a Life Membership category;
  2. To change the Biennial General Meeting to a Triennial General Meeting.
  3. The Newsletter and The Lancastrian to be combined into a biannual publication: ‘The Lancastrian’.
  1. Proposal to increase membership fees.
  2. Open Forum – question and answer session.

  2. 14.00 A talk by local author, Dave Tetlow.
  3. 15.00 Opportunity to visit the Myerscough College Garden Centre – discount vouchers are available.
